Calculate the materials required for Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) layers, typically used for leveling foundations or flooring.

📐 Formula & Method

PCC materials are calculated using the standard 1.54 conversion factor and proportions based on the selected lean mix grade.

Dry Volume = (L × W × T) × 1.54

For 5m × 4m × 0.1m PCC (M10 grade):
• Wet Volume = 2 m³
• Dry Volume = 3.08 m³
• Cement = 3.08 / 10 = 0.308 m³ ≈ 9 bags

What is the purpose of PCC?

PCC provides a rigid, level surface and prevents direct contact of RCC with the soil, protecting rebar from corrosion.

Common mix for PCC?

M10 (1:3:6) or M7.5 (1:4:8) are most commonly used for foundation leveling.
